Rental Guideline

Welcome to "S☀️lyViento 67" rental Apartments in Cabarete !!!

Following some rules and guidelines to avoid inconveniences:

1) PLEASE RESPECT THE PRIVACY OF OUR GUESTS AND NEIGHBOURS !!!

2) AVOID INVITING PEOPLE WHICH ATTITUDE IS CONTRARY TO ACCEPTED STANDARDS OF BEHAVIOUR!!!

3) DRUGS OR INTOXICANTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN THE RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX !!!

4) NO ESCORTS - MALE OR FEMALE !!!  DRUG USAGE AND PROSTITUTION ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN!!!

5) WILD PARTIES OR EXCESSIVE NOISE - ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT - WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AT ALL!!!

6) SMOKING, FIRE AND ANY KIND OF BURNING LIGHTS OR CANDLES INSIDE THE BUILDING ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN!!!

7) Smoking will be only tolerated on your balcony or terraces with closed doors !!! Your neighbours and following guests will appreciate it.

8) No additional guests in the apartments as the maximum booked capacity of 2 adults plus 1 child (up to 12 years), except emergency situations.

9) At your check in you will receive the keys for your Apartment. Lost keys will be charged with 20 US$.

10) Please close doors and gates over day and night for everybody’s safety.

11) Please turn off the A/C, lights and fans when leaving the apartment.

12) Please do not remove towels or any other items from the apartments.

13) Please use the outdoor shower to remove the beach sand and not the shower in your Apartment

14) Please do not hang towels or other clothing on the balcony railing, use the drying rack provided.

15) Please do not remove the mattress protectors. Dirty or damaged mattresses will be charged.

16) Please inform us ASAP if something should be broken during your stay, so that we are able to fix or replace it immediately.

17) Damages or missing items will be deducted from your deposit up to 150 US$.

18) An inventory inspection will be conducted on check out.

19) No pets allowed, other than agreed in advance by sending pics by email.

20) Surfboards, kite gear or bicycles are not tolerated to take inside the Apartment's. Please ask for locker.
