All "S☀️lyViento 67" rental Apartments are fully equipped and also ideal for long-term rentals.
The building with its six 64 square meter apartments is 80% powered by its own solar system (electricity / water) with energy and due to its construction very well ventilated, dry and optimally tempered.
A/C, ceiling fans and window shutters ensure at the apartments for pleasant temperatures and a comfortable stay in all rooms, especially in the entire sleeping area.
All bedrooms -superior and standard Apartments- are equipped with ceiling fans and attached bathroom, in addition our superior apartments with A/C. Queen size beds with comfortable mattresses ensure a restful sleep. Three ceiling fans provide in the living rooms with integrated kitchen for optimal ventilation.
All S☀️lyViento 67 Apartments are also equipped with high speed WIFI (fiber optic) internet and flat screen TV for streaming movie's/foto's, oven with stoves in the kitchen where our guests can cook their own meal, large fridges with refillable drinking water dispensers, washing machine, drying rack, expansive sofa bed in the living room for 1 Person (adult/child), insect screens in front of all windows and doors, spacious wardrobes, sufficient stowage possibilities as well a balcony.

Booking Conditions and Payment:
On receipt of your booking request we will respond normally within 24 hours to confirm availability.
Minimum stay and max. occupancy per Apartment:
Depending the season long-term rentals for "Standard Apartments" starts at US$ 650 per month and US$ 300 per week!
While winter season (1st Dez.-30th April) long-term rentals for "Standard Apartments" start at US$ 1050 per month
Minimum stay 7 nights to receive a preferential rate.
Short time stay from 1 up to 3 nights we charge US$ 95 per night
(Any additional costs are included at the rental price, except A/C and electricity consumption).
The prices per Apartment are for single or double occupancy additional 1 child up to 12 years!
For each additional person over 12 years add 12 U$
Maximum occupancy per Apartment are 2 adult person and one child below 12 years.
Reservation:
Rates are in US$ and € and include all taxes.
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total rental amount is required to confirm your booking.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you after receipt of payment. The remaining balance has to be paid in cash on arrival.
Please note that locally we can not accept credit cards personal checks, cashiers checks, Western Union Transfers or money orders from any issuer.
Payment can be made by Transfer Wise or International Bank Transfer (IBAN/BIC).
Please let us know which method you prefer and we will provide to you the necessary transfer details.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on timing.
Payment and Fees:
When transferring the deposit, please note that there are usually fees and these may be charged to the recipient.
We therefore ask you to ensure that the net amount requested by us is actually transferred.
All other fees and taxes are included in the rent.
Also included at the Apartment rent is security 24/7, internet, gas costs and water except electricity consumption and A/C.
The payment of the electricity costs (consumption and A/C) will be made upon presentation of the invoice and will be charged separate at the rental price.
