The building with its six 64 square meter apartments is 80% powered by its own solar system (electricity / water) with energy and due to its construction very well ventilated, dry and optimally tempered.
Ceiling fans and window shutters ensure in the apartments for pleasant temperatures and a comfortable stay in all rooms, especially in the entire sleeping area.
All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fan, additional air conditioning (surcharge of $ 10 per day if required) and attached bathroom.
Queen size beds with comfortable mattresses ensure a restful sleep.
Three ceiling fans provide in all living rooms with integrated kitchen for optimal ventilation.

Our Apartments are equipped with high speed WIFI (fiber optic) internet and flat screen tv for streaming movie’s / fotos, insect screens in front of all windows and doors, oven with stoves in the kitchen where our guests can cook their own meal. Large fridges with refillable drinking water dispensers, a washing machine and drying rack, expansive sofa bed for 2 childrens or 1 adult person, spacious wardrobes and stowage possibilities and balcony.
