The owners of the rental Apartments "S☀️lyviento 67" or its management, or its rental agent, its security staff, or employees assume no liability for death, personal injury, accident, loss or damage to persons or personal effects caused by the use of the apartments and the entire building.

The owners of the rental Apartments "S☀️lyviento 67" and or its management, or its rental agent, its security staff, or employees cannot be held responsible for loss of mains Electricity/Water or other essential services or damage of appliances nor for consequences in the vicinity of the property caused by any authority over which "S☀️lyviento 67" has no control.

The owners of the rental apartments "S☀️lyviento 67" and / or their management, or their rental agent, their security personnel, or their employees, can not be held responsible for ongoing building construction, alterations to existing homes and the resulting noise disturbances on or around the community.

The owners of the rental Apartments "S☀️lyviento 67" or its management, or its rental agent, its security staff, or employees no responsibility for, and shall not be liable in respect of loss, damage or delay which is caused by events outside the homeowner’s control. For example adverse weather conditions, airport closures, earthquakes, floods or strikes etc.

All legal claims have to be filed in the judicial district of Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic.
